need a 30 mile loop for this saturday

Howdy, comingup with some EBC members for the Lauren Katstenstein ride.  Can someone recommend a low traffic fun ride for sat morning  (we're getting there around 8:30 am so will miss most of the preexisting rides)

I don't know if your north or south but the park by lantana rd and a1a to palm beach (lake worth) inlet and back is 30 miles round trip and very little cross streets and traffic.
