It seemed like the article took a turn for the worst like almost fake.

Ok fair enough. But not fake. I know some people on that ride and it all happened. I for one will not do that ride

Edit-So I hear now from someone on the ride that the story is far from being completely thruthful.

Ride it like someone's tryin to steal it.

Life is NOT a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming -- 'WOW, what a ride!!!'

If the guy is carrying a gun you got to figure he's probably a little imbalanced anyway.
how do you figure?  i know more people than i can count on two hands that have their conceal and carry license and actually have a gun on them more often than not.  they are very normal balanced people IMO.

i don't own a gun (i have a large dog that will eat you if you enter my premise) but i don't condone them either.

Was that the Spanish river ride?
And they were lucky. Some asshole grabs me by the neck in while I'm at a light? I'm shooting him.

By the way what are you getting next?

Pinerello fp3 DuraAce..... I'm waiting to see the 2010's but if the color sucks I'll get the 09.
this is the 09  the color and fit are amazing....

Once the 2010's come out they'll knock off 20% from the 2009's

James you just gave a clinical diagnosis of half of the people in this forum. There are plenty of sane reasons for carrying a firearm legally. Innocent people are gunned down everyday in our neighborhoods. Remember the Dunkin Donuts shooting?

And that's fine. No one is telling you that you should carry a gun. I don't want someone who doesn't feel comfortable carrying one to do so.
