Help..Need a Road Bike

Hi,

Can anybody tell me where I can rent a road bike for a trialthon instead of buying one?

Where are you located?

I know there are a few in Miami.

I'll have to ask my buddy which ones he called.  But try to get it in advance because they will sell out on a race weekend.

you should maby look for one someone has you can use awhile, you need to train on it a bit to. remember if your just trying your first race most have a fat tire category.

Hey Izette, I may have one you can borrow.  It will need a tune up tho as it's been hanging from my garage ceiling for awhile.  PM if you're interested.

It's not acutally for me. Its for my brother and wife. They are planning to do a race in Miami in April 2010.

Just curious which tri race is happening in April? Have any info?

Are they looking for a Tri specific bike or can it be a regular road bike?

The Nautica South Beach Triathlon will take place on
April 11, 2010 and includes both a Classic and an Olympic distance race.
Athletes will compete side by side with corporate teams, ParaTriathletes, professional triathletes and celebrities!

A portion of the proceeds will benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and will be specifically targeted toward pediatric cancer research!


My brother would need a large size bike and his wife too.  Does anybody know of a shop where they can rent the bikes? They would need to rent the day before the event.
