Bike lanes are full of debris, runners, skaters and quite a few cars. From the road next to the bike lane you have the bike lane to swerve into to avoid an accident, from the bike lane you're trapped.

Cars have killed, maimed, impeded, terrified and p*ssed off cyclists for years; I think its good sport to screw with them occassionally and we can only do it when there is a large pack of us .... so here's to the Flyers, the Big Wheel Ride, Sheridan & Flamingo and the Tuesday/Thursday Dump Rides and a handful of other dedicated cycling *ssholes committed to riding where, when and how they want ..... we dont need no stinking bike lanes ...

The games have begun.  Pass the word on, Weston is starting to crack down on the road biking violations - citations are being written.  Two, that we know of, have been to court and have been fined $150.00 each.  Ride Safe
Why would you give up your individual rights for more Gov't control?

Were these people in a small group like 2 or 3?

Or double wide in a big group?

That I don't know.  I do know for a year or more myself and others have been talking to the groups and leaders of the groups but the complaints keep coming in.  Hopefully the word gets out and not many citations will be issued.
